  • How will I know if my order has shipped?

We’ll tell you! Once your order ships, the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available) will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

  • Do your shipping speeds include processing time?
  • In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 5-10 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 08:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Domestic order handling time is 3-5 business day (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping Fee for all order $9,99
  • .Are the shipping times guaranteed?

When you add an item to your basket, we’ll ask you to choose a shipping speed. We’ll then let you know the estimated arrival date for your item – and that’s something we stand by. Sometimes bad weather or carrier delays can throw a spanner in the works, but if your order doesn’t get to you on time, contact us and we’ll make it right.

  • Can I arrange for my own courier or shipping provider to deliver my order?

We’re sorry, but because of our production process, we can’t accept special shipping requests.

  • I am with a school. Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, we accept signed Purchase Orders from approved schools. Please contact our Sales Team at support@leugrife.com to receive instructions on how to be approved and submit your PO.

  • Can I place a COD order?

No, we do not accept COD orders. All orders must be paid for at the time of purchase.

  • I ordered the incorrect item(s). What do I do?

You can email us and request for a return claim. You can also read the  "Return Policy" in the Our Policies Section at the bottom right hand corner of our site. Once on this page you can follow up our instructions for return process. Make sure and include your order number, item(s) that you're requesting to return. Once this information is received we will contact you back by email with your return details and give you a FREE RETURN LABEL. 

  • I forgot to add an item to my order or need to change my order. How do I do this?

Unfortunately, there is no way to add an item(s) or change items once your order is placed. If you contact us immediately after placing your order we may be able to cancel your order so that you can re-place a new order including your additional items. If this cancellation is unable to be made prior to processing you will need to place a new order for your additional item(s).

  • What if I received an incorrect or defective item? 

Please contact us (support@leugrife.com) for a FREE RETURN LABEL. We'll of course have the correct item sent out to you right away!

  • Do you offer discount codes?
